Return Process

  Log into your account or use our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original designer packaging and include all certificates, warranty cards, and the original sales receipt.

  Ship Securely

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is insured for its full value.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
