What is your shipping policy for high-value items?
We offer complimentary, fully insured shipping on all orders over $500. For security purposes, all jewelry shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry and watches?
Yes, all new timepieces are covered by the manufacturer's international warranty. Additionally, Springer's Jewelers provides a one-year limited warranty on all estate pieces and professional repairs.
Can I return an item if it's not the right fit?
We want you to love your purchase. You may return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding custom-made or engraved pieces.
How do I know my diamond is ethically sourced?
Springer's Jewelers is committed to ethical sourcing. We strictly adhere to the Kimberley Process and only work with suppliers who provide conflict-free diamonds.
Do you provide professional appraisal services?
Yes, we have GIA-certified gemologists on staff who provide detailed appraisals for insurance or estate purposes. All new purchases over $1,000 include a complimentary appraisal.
